Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who creates an account, funds a wallet, buys a data bundle, or sells through a ConnectDataGH store.
1. Who we are
ConnectDataGH is a Ghana-based platform that lets individuals and businesses buy and resell MTN, AirtelTigo and Telecel data bundles. We are a reseller of network capacity; we are not a mobile network operator.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. One person or business per account. We may suspend an account used for fraud, chargeback abuse, or anything unlawful.
3. Wallet and payments
Wallet funding is processed by Paystack. Funds added to your wallet can be used to buy bundles at the reseller prices shown in your dashboard. Wallet funds are held for buying bundles — they are not a bank deposit and earn no interest.
4. Bundle delivery
Orders are sent to the network through our supplier partners. Most bundles land within minutes, but delivery time depends on the network. Recipient numbers are your responsibility: a bundle delivered to a number you typed incorrectly cannot be reversed.
5. Setting your own prices
Resellers set their own selling prices. The difference between your selling price and our reseller price is your earnings. You are responsible for the prices you show your customers and for any tax obligations arising from your sales.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid from earnings only, not from wallet capital. The minimum withdrawal is GHS 6.00 and a flat fee of GHS 1.00 applies to every withdrawal regardless of amount. Payouts go to the mobile money number on your profile.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use ConnectDataGH for fraud, SIM-box operations, spam, resale of stolen payment credentials, or any activity that breaches Ghanaian law or the networks' terms. We may cancel orders and close accounts that do.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the platform running at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Network outages, supplier downtime and maintenance can delay deliveries.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use ConnectDataGH after a change means you accept the updated terms.
