Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address and, if you add one, your mobile money number.
• Order details: the recipient phone numbers and bundles you buy or sell.
• Payment records: Paystack transaction references and amounts. We never see or store card numbers.
• Technical data: device and browser information, and a push notification token if you allow alerts.

How we use it

To create and secure your account, deliver bundles to the right number, process payments and withdrawals, send order and account notifications by SMS or push, answer your support messages, and detect fraud.

Who we share it with

Only with the partners needed to run the service: Paystack for payments, our data supplier partners to deliver bundles to the network, Arkesel for SMS, and Google for sign-in and push delivery. We do not sell your information to anyone.

SMS and notifications

Customer SMS alerts are optional and chosen per order. You can turn SMS off in your profile at any time, and push alerts can be switched off in your browser or device settings.

How long we keep data

Order, payment and withdrawal records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution. Support conversations are kept while your account is active.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct anything wrong, or request deletion of your account. Some transaction records must be retained for legal and accounting reasons even after an account closes.

Security

Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security so one account cannot read another's records. Traffic is encrypted in transit.
