How to Check AirtelTigo and Telecel Data Balance in Ghana

AirtelTigo (AT) data balance

Dial *134# and your remaining data with its expiry appears immediately. If the menu loads instead of a balance, choose the Data Balance option.

Alternatives:

• The AT Money / MyAT app, which also shows purchase history.
• Dial *110# and choose the data section.

Telecel (formerly Vodafone) data balance

Dial *124# for an instant balance. You can also dial *151# and pick the data option from the menu.

Alternatives:

• The Telecel Ghana app.
• Dial *127# if you also need to confirm the number you are checking.

If the code does not work

1. Remove any call barring or "flight mode" and try again.
2. On a dual-SIM phone, make sure you are dialling from the correct SIM slot.
3. USSD can time out when the network is busy — try again after a minute.
4. If nothing works, restart the phone; the SIM re-registers on the network.
